This is an excellent care provider. They look after my elderly mum and always show her the greatest of respect. Shamim is my mum's main carer. She never rushes mum and provides a high standard of care. Mum feels valued and loved. Parvin runs the agency and always listens to our needs. She is quick to resolve any issues. I would highly recommend this company.
